The AUTO program is temporarily offline due to software issues and the need to get a new policy approved by the University before we can allow users to reserve vans this semester. Thanksgiving AUTO Runs
Need a Ride to the Airport for Thanksgiving Break? AUTO will be conducting shuttle runs to the BWI and Dulles Airports Tuesday, November 24th, between the hours of 10am and 7pm. Seating is extremely limited, so please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with your name, airport, time of flight, airline, time you would like to leave AU, and cell phone number by Sunday, November 22nd, if you want a spot. A $5 suggested donation will be requested to benefit the upkeep of the AUTO vans. AUTO Runs during Welcome Week
The American University Transportation Organization (AUTO) will be providing shuttle runs during Welcome Week. On August 16th, 22nd, and 29th, the shuttle will be running back and forth to Target, and on August 23rd, the shuttle will be running back and forth to Ikea.
A shuttle will pickup students every half hour at both the tunnel in front of Bender Arena and the entrance of Target/Ikea. The first shuttle will leave AU at 11am and the last one will leave AU at 7pm. For more information feel free to ask the drivers. AUTO
AUTO provides vans to student organizations, Greek life, and club sports teams. Our fleet consists of large 10 passenger vans that are used on a daily basis to better serve our student community. AUTO also provides shuttle runs during welcome week to and from various stores in the DC area and during breaks runs to airports. Keep your eyes open to postings in Today at AU or the SG email for more information on shuttle runs.
